Delivery and returns
How long does delivery take?
Two to four working days for most cities. Smaller towns can take a little longer. We dispatch within one working day of confirming your order.
What does delivery cost?
Rs 250 anywhere in Pakistan, and free with the kit, or once your order reaches Rs 5,000. The exact charge is shown again at checkout before you place the order.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. We message you on WhatsApp to confirm the order before it is dispatched, so nothing arrives unexpectedly.
How do I pay in advance?
JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank transfer. Send the money, upload the receipt on the order page, and we confirm within a few hours once we have matched it to our own records.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp the same day the parcel arrives and we will replace it. Do not throw away the packaging until the replacement is agreed.
What if I change my mind?
An unopened bottle can be returned within seven days of delivery. Return postage is yours unless the fault is ours. We cannot take back an opened bottle, because it is a personal care product.
